Q: How do I book a Photography shoot?
A: Contact me using the contact page on this website and I will discuss your needs and arrange a suitable time for you to book a slot. There is no obligation to book. I don't do hard sales as I have never needed to.

Q: How much do you charge for a Photography shoot?
A: Prices depend on your individual needs, I also have regular special offers so it is always best to contact me and discuss your requirements. A standard portrait shoot is usually £45 which includes my time, travel if necessary, fully edited photos for you to view, a FREE consultation session after the shoot and my skills as a photographer.

Q: Do you allow dogs/family pets to attend family photography portrait experiences?
A: Yes, but this does depend on the number of people who are also attending, the photography shoot the size of the dog and how well behaved it is. I am limited to studio size but on a location shoot we can accommodate more people and pets. If in doubt, please contact me and I will discuss your needs.

Q: How do I ensure that I have choosen the correct photograph?
A: Each photograph has a unique order code which is printed underneath it when photographs are viewed in the thumb nail pictures. This number is usually 4 digits long. Please quote this number in all correspondence as it is unique to the photograph and avoids the wrong images being printed. It is always best to book a follow up consultation with me and I can go through any additional editing and make sure I have the correct photographs and products for you.

Q: How long does it take for an order to arrive?
A: I always advise at the time of your photography shoot how long it will take for your order to arrive. After all,  receiving your photographs is the most important part of your photography experience. I pride myslef on maintaining good contact with my clients and if there are any delays. you will always be advised. The majority of orders are completed within two weeks, however this can sometimes take longer if you have ordered a frame or canvas. For wedding photography I usually advise to allow three weeks for receipt of your proof photographs. This timescale can change depending on the size of the wedding. Obviously, the more guests there are the more photographs there will be to edit so the longer it will take.
